研究目的：

通过纳入160名符合条件的ACL损伤患者，进行随机病例对照试验，从不同维度不同角度验证数字技术辅助关节镜ACL双束八股解剖重建相较于传统方案的优势，促进ACL双束八股解剖重建手术方案的精准化和个性化推广。  

Objectives of Study：

A randomized case-control trial was conducted in 160 eligible patients with ACL injury. The advantages of digital assisted arthroscopic ACL double bundle eight strand anatomical reconstruction compared with the traditional method were verified from different dimensions and different angles, so as to promote the precision and personalized promotion of the surgical scheme of double bundle eight strand ACL anatomical reconstruction.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1) 既往膝关节手术史，明显膝关节退行性变患者；
2) 有重大免疫缺陷史或对麻醉药物过敏者；
3) 对手术治疗明显排斥的患者；
4) 肿瘤患者；
5) 患有出血性疾病者；
6) 患有结核、肝炎等传染性疾病患者及肝肾功能不全的患者；
7) 精神病患者；
所有患者凡符合上述任意一项者，视为不适宜纳入本项试验研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Patients with previous knee joint operation history and obvious knee joint degeneration;
2) Patients with a history of major immunodeficiency or allergy to narcotic drugs;
3) For patients who were obviously rejected by surgery;
4) Cancer patients;
5) Patients with hemorrhagic diseases;
6) Patients with tuberculosis, hepatitis and other infectious diseases and patients with liver and kidney dysfunction; 7) Mental patients;
All patients who met any of the above criteria were considered not suitable for inclusion in this study.
