研究目的：

用减重步态训练系统，结合体外冲击波治疗，治疗老年骨关节炎（膝关节炎、髋关节炎）患者，通过FMA评分、ADL评分，10m步行能力；骨钙素、β-CTX、骨密度、膝髋部X线、膝/髋关节活动度、力量、僵硬度及安全性指标等，确定临床疗效，改善下肢关节功能，减轻患者疼痛，提高患者运动耐力，改善生活质量。

Objectives of Study：

Use weight loss gait training system, combined with extracorporeal shock wave therapy, to treat elderly patients with osteoarthritis (knee arthritis, hip arthritis) through FMA score, ADL score, 10m walking ability; osteocalcin, β-CTX, bone mineral density , Knee and hip X-rays, knee/hip joint range of motion, strength, stiffness and safety indicators, etc., to determine clinical efficacy, improve lower limb joint function, reduce patient pain, improve patient exercise endurance, and improve quality of life.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①严重骨质疏松症患者；
②有新发急性骨折未愈者；
③伴有严重的原发疾病者或精神病患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with severe osteoporosis;
2. Patients with new acute fractures unhealed;
3. Patients with severe primary disease or mental illness.
