研究目的：

1.评价对早期淋巴结转移中危子宫内膜癌患者进行基于分子分型的淋巴结清扫策略对患者预后的影响； 2.评价对晚期、高危、转移型子宫内膜癌患者进行化疗对比放化疗在防止癌症恶化或延长复发的时间方面的效果及在不同，及不同分子分型对预后的影响。

Objectives of Study：

1.To investigate if the role of molecular classification to determine if participants should receive lymph node dissection. 2.To investigate if treatment with chemoradiotherapy compared with chemotherapy reduces the rate of recurrence or death for women with stage III-IV, high risk endometrial cancer, and if the result change among participants with different molecular characterization.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 受试者既往（5 年内）或同时患有其它恶性肿瘤；
2. 经研究者判断，受试者有其他可能导致本研究被迫中途终止的因素，如，其他的严重疾病（含精神疾病）需要合并治疗，有严重的实验室检查异常，伴有家庭或社会等因素，会影响到受试者的安全，或资料及样品的收集；
3. 有潜在生育可能的患者，需要在进入研究前7天内经血清学检测确认妊娠试验为阴性，且必须为非哺乳期；
4. 没有足够的组织标本可进行分子分型检测：有石蜡组织块或新鲜组织标本，或至少12张4-5μm厚度的石蜡切片。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Any other malignant tumors within 5 years
2. According to the judgment of the investigator, the participant has other factors that may cause the study to be terminated midway.
3. During pregnancy or lactating.
4. There are not enough tissue specimens for molecular typing testing.
