研究目的：

研究一 了解脑卒中患者运动功能、感觉功能与功能预后、生活活动能力和社会参与能力之间的关系。 研究二 1、探索设计临床适宜、有效的基于手脑感知本体感觉训练方案。 2、比较手脑感知本体感觉训练和常规作业治疗两组干预后，患者的运动功能、日常生活能力和社会参与能力的改善情况。  

Objectives of Study：

Study One To correlate the motor function and sensory function with functional prognosis, activities in daily living and participation in stroke patients. Study Two 1. Explore and design clinically appropriate and effective proprioception training programs based on hand and brain perception. 2. Compare the improvement of the patients' motor function, activities in daily living and participation after the intervention of hand-brain perception proprioception training and conventional occupational therapy.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1)已接受其它治疗或正在参与其他干预性研究；
2)生命体征不稳定或神经学症状 持续进展者，并发严重心肺肝肾等内科疾病；
3)无法配合康复治疗和评估；
4)伴精神障碍史或抑郁病史；
5)有明显失语、认知功能障碍者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Has received other treatment or is participating in other interventional research;
2) Unstable overall health condition or presence of neurological symptoms, complicated by serious internal diseases such as heart, lung, liver and kidney;
3) Unable to cooperate with rehabilitation treatment and evaluation;
4) Had a history of mental disorders or depression;
5) Severe aphasia and cognitive impairment.
