Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the efficacy and safety of LifePort Kidney Transporter on DCD kidney hypothermia preservation

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 双侧供肾有多支动脉
2. 供肾为独肾
3. 供者有乙肝、丙肝、梅毒、HIV等病原体感染
4. 单侧或双侧供肾有结石、结核、炎症和肿瘤等原发病
5. 受者为再次肾移植，或多器官移植患者
6. 受者在移植后一周内死亡
7. 受者为孕妇或哺乳期妇女，或有精神疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Multiple arteries on both side of donor kidneys;
2. Donor has only one kidney;
3. Donor is infected by HBV, HCV, syphilis or HIV;
4. One side or both sides of donor kidneys have calculus, tuberculosis,infection, or malignant tumors;
5. Secondary kidney transplant, or multi-organ transplant;
6. Recipient die within first weeek after transplantion;
7. Recipient is a pregnant or lactation woman, or have mental disorders.
