研究目的：

通过多点大样本的调查研究方法，分析浙江省慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者中医证型的分布情况，明确慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者稳定期较为常见的证型，进一步规范化临床中对慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期的中医辨证分型，探讨证型与综合评估分组之间的关系及变化情况，逐步建立适用于我省慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期的中医诊疗方案。　　通过进一步的中医药临床研究，评价中医药在治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期肺脾气虚型、肺肾气阴两虚型患者中的价值和优势，为慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者减轻临床症状、增加运动耐受力、减少急性发作次数、改善营养状况、提高生活质量寻求更佳的中医防治方案，优化形成一套适于各层次医疗机构推广应用的中医干预方案。

Objectives of Study：

Through multi-center large-sample survey methodology, analyzes the distribution of TCM in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients in Zhejiang, try to find which syndromes is more common in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients, and further standardize chronic obstructive pulmonary disease phase syndrome differentiation，explore the relationship and changes between groups and syndromes. Through further clinical studies in Chinese medicine, we try to evaluate TCM in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients. And the gradual establishment of TCM treatment programs in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients is also needed.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 合并有心、肝、肾、脑、造血系统等较严重的原发性疾病者；
2. 合并肿瘤、甲状腺功能亢进、糖尿病、消化性溃疡等疾病；
3. 妊娠或哺乳期妇女；
4. 精神病患者；
5. 合并有下肢疾病，影响下肢行走功能者；
6. 正在参加其它临床试验者；
7. 不愿接受研究措施，或有其它原因不能合作者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.combined heart, liver, kidney, brain, hematopoietic system and other more serious primary disease;
2.combined with tumor, hyperthyroidism, diabetes, peptic ulcer and other diseases;
3.pregnant or lactating women;
4.psychiatric patients;
5.extremity disease in lower limb that affects walking function;
6.who are participating in other clinical trials;
7.unwilling to accept the study measures, or some other reason that can not cooperate.
