比较不同常用衰弱量表与上海老年女性骨质疏松性骨折的相关性，筛选并验证能预测短期新发骨质疏松性骨折的衰弱量表。

Objectives of Study：

To compare the correlation between different commonly used frailty Measurements tool and osteoporotic fractures in Shanghai elderly wome.To validation of frailty measurements tool in identifying osteoporotic fractures of elderly women.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）严重心、脑、肺、肾疾病患者；
（2）感染性疾病或不明原因的发热、感染者；
（3）严重残疾、失能或长期卧床者；
（4）不能配合完成相关生物学测定或问卷调查者；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with serious heart, brain, lung and kidney diseases;
2. Patients with infectious diseases or fever or infection of unknown origin;
3. Patients with severe disability, disability or long-term bed rest;
4. Patients who can not cooperate to complete the relevant biological test or questionnaire survey.
