研究目的:

1)开发具有自主知识产权的智能下肢康复系统,用于脑卒中患者的下肢神经肌肉功能恢复治疗。2)比较和评估两种主要治疗策略的有效性,包括单纯的被动牵伸和被动牵伸结合主动运动训练两种策略。3)根据评估结果给出合理的临床治疗方案。  

Objectives of Study:

1)To develop a robotic system with independent intellectual property rights for lower-limb rehabilitation in stroke patients; 2)To evaluate the efficacy of two therapeutic strategies, pure passive streching and passive streching combined with active treatment; 3) To give out a reasonable clinical protocal based on evaluation results mentioned above.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

怀孕或者有怀孕的可能;不能理解并正确执行实验步骤;处于任何重大疾病的不稳定期(例如:血糖、血压波动,恶性肿瘤,心绞痛频繁发作,出血风险,腰、腿痛频繁发作或急性加重,参与训练的肢体严重外伤未愈等);实验前24~48小时内服用任何兴奋性药物,包括镇静剂、安定剂、酒精等。

Exclusion criteria:

Pregnancy or possible pregnancy;not be able to comprehend or follow instructions; with severe diseases uncontrolled , such as fluctuation of blood-glucose or blood pressure, malignant tumor, frequent angina, risk of hemorrhage, frequent onsets or acute deterioration of pain at low back and lower-limb, unhealed trauma on the involved lower-limb, etc; intake any substance that will affect the excitability of nervous system or muscle 24-48 hours before the treatment, including tranquilizers, sedatives or alcohol, etc.
