研究目的：

本研究拟探讨术中应用吲哚菁绿荧光显影技术是否能降低暂时性、永久性甲旁减的发生率以及是否有助于提高中央区淋巴结清扫的彻底性和转移淋巴结的检出率，为临床甲状腺癌根治术中应用吲哚菁绿显影技术提供参考依据。

Objectives of Study：

This study intends to investigate whether the intraoperative application of indocyanine green fluorescence imaging technology can reduce the incidence of temporary and permanent parathyroidism and whether it can help improve the thoroughness of central lymph node dissection and the detection rate of metastatic lymph nodes, providing a reference basis of the application of indocyanine green imaging technology in clinical radical resection of thyroid cancer.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、胸骨后甲状腺恶性肿瘤；
2、既往有过颈部放射史的患者；
3、急性脑血管意外、急性冠脉综合征、心律失常状态、活动性胃肠道出血等
4、有严重慢性病病史或有未治愈的其他癌症的患者；
5、免疫抑制状态的患者；
6、癫痫、中毒、烧伤、创伤等。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Posterior sternal thyroid malignant tumor;
2. Patients who have a history of neck radiation;
3. Acute cerebrovascular accident, acute coronary syndrome, arrhythmia state, active gastrointestinal bleeding, etc.
4. Patients with a history of serious chronic diseases or other uncured cancers;
5. Patients with immunosuppressed state;
6. Epilepsy, poisoning, burns, trauma, etc.
