研究目的：

建立髋关节发育不良髋臼精准截骨手术机器人系统，主要包括收集DDH患者及正常对照的人群影像学数据，开发机械臂控制算法并优化，最终实现球面精确切割，实现适配于髋臼窝状结构的精准球形截骨，解决目前术式创伤大，学习曲线长等突出问题，提高手术的精准性，及操作难度，减小手术创伤，改善疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

To establish a precise acetabular osteotomy robot system for dysplasia of the hip, mainly including collecting the imaging data of DDH patients and normal controls, developing and optimizing the control algorithm of the manipulator, finally realizing the precise spherical cutting, realizing the precise spherical osteotomy suitable for the acetabular fossa structure, solving the outstanding problems such as large trauma and long learning curve, and improving the operation precision accuracy and difficulty of operation can reduce surgical trauma and improve curative effect.

2）股骨颈骨折；
3）骨盆畸形。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Necrosis of femoral head;
2) Femoral neck fracture;
3) Pelvic deformity.
