研究目的:

基于3D打印技术,设计并制备针对手术个性化需求的用于肿瘤所致复杂骨盆缺损修复的骨盆缺损重建假体。对纳入研究的骨盆肿瘤患者实施个性化复杂骨盆缺损重建手术,并与3D打印个性化钛合金产品进行对比,以随机、对照研究其在复杂骨缺损重建治疗中的安全性及有效性、以及优势,形成3D打印个性化“功能假体”在骨盆肿瘤复杂缺损重建中应用的治疗路径及规范,在上海乃至全国推广。研究的最终目标是通过建立骨盆肿瘤复杂病损个性化功能重建综合诊疗平台的方式,提高其临床疗效,并继续保持上海在该领域的国内外引领地位。  

Objectives of Study:

Based on 3D printing technology, we designed and prepared a pelvic defect reconstruction prosthesis for the repair of complex pelvic defects caused by tumor. Objective to investigate the safety, effectiveness and advantages of individualized reconstruction of complex pelvic defects in patients with pelvic tumors and 3D printing personalized titanium alloy products, so as to form a treatment path and specification for the application of 3D printing personalized "functional prosthesis" in the reconstruction of complex pelvic tumor defects, In Shanghai and even in the whole country. The ultimate goal of the study is to improve the clinical efficacy by establishing a personalized functional reconstruction comprehensive diagnosis and treatment platform for complex pelvic tumor lesions, and continue to maintain Shanghai's leading position in this field at home and abroad.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1、全身和局部的任何活动性感染;
2、一般状况较差,严重营养不良或恶病质,血糖控制较差者;
3、原发骨肿瘤已发生多处骨转移;
4、多发骨转移瘤,或原发灶病情较重无法根治;
5、预计生存期不超过两年者;
6、三个月内参加过其他临床验证者;
7、不能按期随诊或因其他原因不能与研究者配合者;
8、对本试验所用新技术不能接受者。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Any active systemic and local infection;
2. Poor general condition, severe malnutrition or cachexia, and poor blood glucose control;
3. Multiple bone metastases have occurred in primary bone tumors;
4. Multiple bone metastases, or the primary focus is too serious to be cured;
5. The expected survival time is not more than two years;
6. Other clinical verifications within 3 months;
7. Failure to follow up on schedule;
8. The new technology used in this experiment can not be accepted.
