研究目的：

编制适用于失语患者认知功能评估的非语言性神经心理测验量表（NLCA）及初步临床应用  

Objectives of Study：

To develop the Non-language-based Cognitive Assessment (NLCA) as an efficient, brief test for evaluating cognitive function in aphasia patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、失语组：
a、患者处于昏睡、昏迷或持续植物状态。
b、患者病情重，身体虚弱，不能耐受测试或不愿合作。
c、病情发展变化较快时期或处于急性期，病情恶化出现新的梗死或出血灶患者，以及器官功能减退或衰竭者。
2、MCI组：
a、合并意识、精神等高级神经功能障碍者；
b、近 1个月来存在焦虑、抑郁等负性情绪者；
c、有影响认知功能检查的视力和听力障碍者。
3、正常组：
a、既往有影响认知功能相关疾病者；
b、近 1 个月来存在焦虑、抑郁等负性情绪者；
c、有影响认知功能检查的视力和听力障碍者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Aphasia patients (AP):
(1) patients in coma, in unconscious state, and in vegetative state;
(2) patients in serious condition, weak and not up for assessments, or those who unwillingly participate;
(3) patients whose condition developed rapidly and acutely, deteriorated with signs of latest cerebral infarction or intracerebral hemorrhage, or internal organ dysfunction and failure; and
(4) patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage, transient ischemic attack, or reversible ischemic neurological deficit;
2. Mild cognitive impairment (MCI):
(1) metabolic conditions such as hypothyroidism or vitamin B12 or folic acid deficiencies;
(2) psychiatric disorders such as schizophrenia or depression;
(3) evident infarction or brain hemorrhaging as indicated by MR/CT imaging; or
(4) Parkinsonian syndrome, epilepsy and other nervous system diseases;
3. Normal controls (NC)the subjects with kidney disease, thyroid gland disorders, drug abuse, or other diseases that may result in cognitive impairment were precluded.
