研究目的：

1. 基于多个尺度的深度学习方法，规模化提取肺肠型腺癌(PEAC)及肺转移性结直肠腺癌(MCC)病理图像分类特征； 2. 规模化获取PEAC/MCC的DNA甲基化和蛋白质组学图谱，寻找区分二者的多维度特征分子标志物； 3. 整合PEAC/MCC病理图像特征、DNA甲基化谱、蛋白组学图谱、临床数据，建立基于多维度的PEAC/MCC高精度诊断模型，并在验证集样本中进行验证，为PEAC/MCC临床精确诊断提供数据支撑。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To obtain the histopathology slide signatures of PEAC and MCC based on artificial intelligence. 2. To obtain the DNA methylation and proteomics profiles of PEAC and MCC and find the signatures. 3. To establish the PEAC and MCC clsssifcation model based on the histopathology slides, DNA methylation and proteomics signatures, and validate the model in the validation set.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 三位高年资病理学家根据2015版WHO判定不符合PEAC诊断标准的病例；
2. 无明确肠镜检查或者无法提供详细病史的病例；
3. 无术后随访资料的病例。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with diagnosis that cannot meet the 2015 WHO classification which was confirmed by three experienced pathologists;
2. Patients with no colonoscopy or cannot provide detailed clinical history;
3. Patients with no follow-ups.
