研究目的：

以MRS感染患者为观察对象，观察万古霉素早期治疗达标对临床疗效的影响，并初步探讨重症感染患者应用万古霉素治疗的最佳剂量方案  

Objectives of Study：

Study on the effcets of a sufficient initial vancomycin therapy to the prognosis of MRS infection, and learning a optimal vancomycin dosage strategy

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

万古霉素 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Vancomycin 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1)对万古霉素过敏或有过敏史的患者；
2）妊娠妇女；
3）有精神疾病的患者以及终末期患者等；
4）患者及家属不同意配合；
5）患者原因无法获取血液样本。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Vancomycin allergy;
2. Pregnancy;
3. Psychiatric disorders or final stage;
4. Patients refuse;
5. Cannot take the patients serum sample.
