研究目的：

分析脓毒症介导的急性肺损伤患者的影像组学结果，从而建立预测模型，并分析预测指标对于预测患者的短期（28天内）及长期生存时间、ICU入住率、ICU住院时长、总住院时长等问题的应用价值。  

Objectives of Study：

To analyze the imaging results of patients with sepsis induced acute lung injury (ALI), so as to establish a prediction model, and analyze the application value of predictive indicators in predicting short-term (within 28 days) and long-term survival time, ICU occupancy rate, length of ICU stay, total length of stay in ICU.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.入院时间<24小时；
2.是否患有晚期肺病或长期吸氧治疗；
3.入院前因脓毒症导致急性肺损伤需要机械通气的危重患者；
4.有肺移植和慢性阻塞性肺疾病的病史；
5.未/已接受化疗的癌症患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with admission time less than 24 hours;
2. Patients with advanced lung disease or long-term oxygen therapy;
3. Critically ill patients with acute lung injury due to sepsis before admission requiring mechanical ventilation;
4. Patients with a history of lung transplantation and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease;
5. Cancer patients who have not / have received chemotherapy.
