研究目的：

菌阴结核病诊断困难，迫切需要更好的诊断方法提高诊断的准确性。 前期研究发现IGRA对活动性结核病具有一定的诊断价值；也发现结核病患者中血清白介素15（IL-15）特异性表达升高，具有很好的敏感性和特异性。  

Objectives of Study：

Diagnosis of bacterial negative tuberculosis is difficult, and there is an urgent need for better diagnostic methods to improve the accuracy of diagnosis. Previous studies have found that IGRA has a certain diagnostic value for active tuberculosis; it has also been found that the specific expression of serum interleukin 15 (IL-15) in tuberculosis patients is elevated, which has good sensitivity and specificity.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

合并免疫系统疾病、严重肝肾疾病、代谢性疾病等并发疾病；使用免疫抑制药物；活动性结核病病史1月以上；

Exclusion criteria：

With immune system disease, severe liver and kidney disease, metabolic disease and other concurrent diseases; use of immunosuppressive drugs; history of active tuberculosis for more than one month;
