研究目的：

探索肌腱支架再生材料在临床肌腱修复中的作用并形成相关临床治疗技术和医用新材料产品。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the role of regenerative biomaterials in clinical tendon repair, to form related clinical treatment techniques and new medical materials products.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 全身状态差；
2.局部激素治疗3个月内；
3.心、肺、脑、肾等重要器官功能不全；
4.血液病或有出血倾向；
5.药物成瘾（包括毒、麻药和酒精成瘾）；
6.瘢痕、过敏体质；
7.具有传染性的病毒感染；
8.存在全身或局部感染病灶的患者；
9.妇女怀孕期或哺乳期，或计划在初次登记后一年内怀孕者；
10.有心理精神疾患，不能配合手术治疗；
11.伴有重要脏器或其他器官发育畸形者；
12.正参加其他技术临床应用项目的患者；
13.肌腱缺损为恶性肿瘤切除术后所致；
14.无自体掌长肌腱可获取者；
15.不接受此组织工程肌腱修复方案者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. poor general condition;
2. within three months of local hormone therapy;
3. insufficient function of vital organs like heart, lung, brain and kidney;
4. hematological diseases or tendency of hemorrhage;
5. drug addiction (including drug, anesthetics and alcohol);
6. tendency to suffer scar or allergy;
7. infectious viral diseases;
8. general or focal infections;
9. women during pregnancy and lactation, or with plan to get pregnant within one year;
10. mental diseases, unable to cooperate operations;
11. congenital malformations of vital organs;
12. participation in other clinical trials;
13. the tendon defect is as a result of malignant tumor resection;
14. rejection of the repair method of tissue engineering.
