研究目的：

1. 进一步探讨或验证可用于筛选rTMS有应答的脑电指标； 2. 进一步验证基于记忆任务相关事件电位的rTMS疗效评估；采用多维度模式进一步评估确认rTMS刺激改善aMCI患者认知功能的疗效； 3. 验证基于脑电信号连接性强度优化的rTMS精准化调控方案的有效性； 4. 进一步优化基于脑电信号连接性强度优化的rTMS精准化调控方案。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Further study to verify the EEG indicators that can be used to screen rTMS responders; 2. To further verify the efficacy evaluation of rTMS based on working memory task-related event potentials; using a multi-dimensional model to further evaluate and confirm the efficacy of rTMS stimulation to improve the cognitive function of aMCI patients; 3. To verify the effectiveness of the precisive modulation rTMS scheme based on the optimization of the EEG signal connectivity; 4. To further optimize the rTMS precise control scheme based on the optimization of EEG signal connectivity intensity.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.有严重视力、听力、失语障碍及其他躯体疾病，不能顺利完成神经心理学测试者；
2.有其他明确的神经或精神疾病史（如痴呆、脑卒中、帕金森病、癫痫、重症抑郁症等）、心血管疾病、糖尿病、甲状腺疾病、维生素B12缺乏、药物滥用史或证据等；
3.近1个月内使用任何可能影响认知功能的药物史；
4.有磁共振扫描禁忌症者；
5.结构磁共振提示有新发病灶或占位性病灶等病变。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Have severe visual, hearing, aphasia and other physical diseases and cannot successfully complete the neuropsychological test;
2. Have a history of other neurological or psychiatric disorders (such as dementia, stroke, Parkinson's disease, epilepsy, major depression, etc.), cardiovascular disease, diabetes, thyroid disease, vitamin B12 deficiency, history or evidence of substance abuse;
3. Any drug history that may affect cognitive function in the past 1 month;
4. Have contraindications with MRI scanning;
5. Structural MRI indicated lesions such as new lesions or space-occupying lesions.
