研究目的：

通过前瞻性的随机平行对照研究，对急诊感染性休克病例进行早期急救时采用细化的黄金3小时集束化干预策略。通过临床血流动力学、感染标志物、危重程度评分、结局以及医疗费用等方法，多角度评价该方法对急诊感染性休克病例的临床疗效、预后以及卫生经济学，为黄金3小时集束化干预策略对急诊感染性病例早期急救的促进作用进行探索性的研究。  

Objectives of Study：

In a prospective, randomized, parallel controlled study, a refined golden 3-hour cluster intervention strategy was used for early emergency treatment of septic shock cases in the emergency department. Studaying hemodynamic index, infection markers, critical care score, outcome, and medical expenses. the multi-angle evaluation method for the clinical curative effect and prognosis of emergency cases of septic shock and health economics, to explore the effective of the golden three hours for cluster intervention strategies for early emergency emergency infectious cases.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 急诊就诊前已静脉使用抗菌药物的病例；
2. 入急诊24小时后发生的感染性休克病例；
3. 外院转诊的病例；
4. 晚期肿瘤病例以及各种疾病的终末期，不可逆转的临终状态；
5. 药物滥用病例；
6. 目前或开始前3个月内接受糖皮质激素或其他免疫抑制剂、免疫调节剂治疗病例；
7. 本研究开始前3个月内曾参与其他临床研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Intravenous use of antibiotics before emergency treatment;
2. Cases of septic shock that occurred 24 hours after admission to the emergency department;
3. Cases referred from other hospitals;
4. Cases of advanced cancer and the terminal and irreversible deathbed state of various diseases;
5. Cases of drug abuse;
6. Patients who are currently receiving glucocorticoids or other immunosuppressive or immunomodulatory agents within the first 3 months of initiation;
7. Patients who participated in other clinical studies within 3 months before this study.
