研究目的：

本研究旨在对每日三次预混胰岛素或基础-餐时胰岛素转化为每日二次德谷门冬双胰岛素后治疗2型糖尿病的有效性及安全性进行评估，为每天注射多次或多种胰岛素的2型糖尿病患者提供新的更便捷的治疗方案。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the efficacy and safety of treating type 2 diabetes after the conversion of three times-daily premixed insulin or basal–bolus insulin to twice-daily insulin degludec/aspart.At the same time the study is supposed to provide a new and more convenient treatment for type 2 diabetes who receive multiple insulin injections or multiple insulin injections per day.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

(1）胰岛素过敏；
（2）每日胰岛素总用量＞100U/d；
（3）实验前使用可能干扰葡萄糖代谢的药物；
（4）妊娠、哺乳或有妊娠计划的妇女；
（5）合并急慢性感染、肿瘤病史；
（6）3个月内有过心脑血管疾病史，存在脑卒中、失代偿性心衰（NYHA III或IV级）、心肌梗死、冠状动脉搭桥术或血管成形术等心脑血管疾病史；
（7）未治疗或未控制的严重高血压，其中严重高血压是指SBP≥180mmHg和/或DBP≥100mmHg；
（8）严重肝肾功能损害；
（9）3个月内反复发作严重低血糖或低血糖昏迷或因糖尿病酮症酸中毒住院；
（10）存在精神、心理疾病，或酒精依赖，无法配合实验。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Insulin allergy;
(2) Total daily dose of insulin > 100U/d;
(3) Use of drugs that may interfere with glucose metabolism before the experiment;
(4) Women who are pregnant, breastfeeding or planning to pregnancy;
(5) Acute and chronic infection and tumor;
(6) History of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases within 3 months, including stroke, decompensated heart failure (NYHA III or IV), myocardial infarction, coronary artery bypass grafting or angioplasty;
(7) Untreated or uncontrolled severe hypertension, in which severe hypertension refers to SBP>=180mmHg and/or DBP>=100mmHg;
(8) Severe liver or kidney function damage;
(9) Recurrent episodes of severe hypoglycemia or hypoglycemia coma or hospitalization due to diabetic ketoacidosis within 3 months.
