研究目的：

本研究的主要目的是通过应用MEGA—PRESS波谱编辑技术探测NMO患者脑内GABA含量改变，应用VBM及静息态功能MRI成像探究NMO患者大脑微观结构和功能改变，探讨GABA含量以及大脑微观结构和功能改变与NMO患者认知障碍的相关性，为揭示NMO认知障碍的发生机制提供参考。  

Objectives of Study：

The main purpose of this study is to detect GABA levels in patients with NMO by using MEGA - PRESS spectral editing technology, to explore the microscopic structure and brain function in patients with NMO by using VBM and resting-state functional MRI, in order to explore the correlation between GABA levels , brain microstructure , functional changes and cognitive impairment in NMO patients, which will contribute to revealing the mechanism of NMO cognitive impairment.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.严重视、听觉障碍无法完成认知测试
2.脑肿瘤、脑部外伤、脑血管疾病史
3.患有其他精神疾病或神经疾病
4.药物酒精滥用史

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe visual or hearing impairment;
2. a history of brain tumor or head trauma or cerebrovascular disease;
3. a history of neurological or psychiatric disorder;
4. previous or current substance or alcohol abuse.
