研究目的：

明确ICP监测指导下的以患者CPP为控制核心的自发性脑出血救治相比目前常规救治对患者预后的影响，从而为自发性脑出血的救治提供更高级别的证据支持，最终以利于患者预后的改善。  

Objectives of Study：

To clarify the effect of ICP guided treatment of spontaneous cerebral hemorrhage with CPP as the control core compared with the current conventional treatment on the prognosis of patients, so as to provide a higher level of evidence support for the treatment of spontaneous cerebral hemorrhage, and ultimately improve the prognosis of patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 幕下自发性脑出血或脑干出血或仅为脑室出血的患者；
2. 入院GCS评分3-4分或双侧瞳孔散大固定的患者；
3. 证据证实自发性脑出血由继发性原因导致，如动静脉畸形、颅内动脉瘤、脑梗塞、肿瘤或创伤等；
4. 以往存在脑部疾病伴神经功能缺陷或意识障碍的患者；
5. 发病后预期寿命小于3天的患者；
6. 怀孕，30天内分娩史或哺乳史；
7. 48小时内服用新型抗凝药（如达比加群）；
8. 血小板<50,000/mm3；
9. 家属不同意入组的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with spontaneous cerebellar or brainstem hemorrhage or only intraventricular hemorrhage;
2. Patients with GCS score of 3-4 or bilateral pupil fixation;
3. Evidence that spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage is caused by secondary causes, such as arteriovenous malformation, intracranial aneurysm, cerebral infarction, tumor or trauma, etc.;
4. Patients with previous brain diseases with neurological deficits or disturbance of consciousness;
5. Patients with life expectancy less than 3 days after onset of disease;
6. Pregnancy, childbirth or lactation within 30 days;
7. Taking new anticoagulants (e.g. dabigatran) within 48 hours;
8. Platelet < 50000 / mm3;
9. Patients whose family members did not agree to be included in the group.
