研究目的：

明确血抗PLA2R抗体水平对低危和中危IMN患者免疫抑制治疗的指导价值。

Objectives of Study：

To clarify the value of serum anti-PLA2R antibody levels for immunosuppressive therapy in low-risk and intermediate-risk of IMN patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1）近3月内曾接受环磷酰胺、霉酚酸酯、环孢霉素A、雷公藤、来氟米特、他克莫司等免疫抑制剂药物治疗（超过1周）；
2）合并心功能不全（纽约心脏协会功能分类III级以上）、不稳定心绞痛、心肌梗死、心电图（ECG）示左室肥厚、血管栓塞性疾病患者；
3）恶性肿瘤或严重感染患者；
4）持续肝功能异常，ALT或AST高于正常上限2倍，或HBsAg阳性，或HCV-Ab阳性；
5）糖代谢异常，经胰岛素治疗血糖未能控制；
6）血白细胞减少（<3.0×10^9/L）、贫血（血红蛋白<90g/L）或其他血液系统疾病患者，有活动性出血患者；
7）酗酒、药物滥用者，有精神障碍不能合作者；
8）女性怀孕期、哺乳期、正计划怀孕者，或育龄妇女但未采取可靠避孕方法者；
9）入选前12周内参加过其他临床试验的患者；
10）主管医生认为不能依从研究方案者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Have received immunosuppressive drugs such as cyclophosphamide, mycophenolate mofetil, cyclosporine A, tripterygium wilfordii, leflunomide, and tacrolimus in the past 3 months (more than 1 week);
2) Patients with cardiac insufficiency (New York Heart Association functional classification level III or higher), unstable angina, myocardial infarction, electrocardiogram (ECG) showing left ventricular hypertrophy, and vascular embolism disease;
3) Patients with malignant tumors or severe infections;
4) Persistent liver function abnormal, ALT or AST is higher than 2 times the upper limit of normal, or HBsAg positive, or HCV-Ab positive;
5) Abnormal glucose metabolism, blood glucose uncontrolled by insulin treatment;
6) Patients with leukopenia (<3.0 x 10^9/L), anemia (hemoglobin < 90 g/L) or other haematology diseases, patients with active bleeding;
7) Alcoholism, drug abusers, or mental disorders who cannot cooperate;
8) Women who are pregnant, breastfeeding, planning to become pregnant, or women of childbearing age who have not adopted reliable contraceptive methods;
9) Patients who have participated in other clinical trials within 12 weeks;
10) Patients who would not follow the study schedule.
