研究目的：

神经内分泌肿瘤(NENs) 是一组起源于弥散神经内分泌系统的异质性肿瘤。转移性NENs的治疗方案不仅仅依赖病理分类和分级，与肿瘤起源部位密切相关，不同部位NENs的生物学行为有较大差别，治疗原则和药物选择也不同。因此，明确转移性NENs的组织起源对临床诊治意义重要。  

Objectives of Study：

Neuroendocrine tumors (NENs) are a heterogeneous group of tumors originating from the diffuse neuroendocrine system.The treatment of metastatic NENs is not only dependent on pathological classification and grading, but also closely related to the site of tumor origin. The biological behavior of NENs in different sites is quite different, and the treatment principles and drug selection are also different.Therefore, it is important to clarify the tissue origin of metastatic NENs for clinical diagnosis and treatment.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1) 组织固定没有使用中性缓冲福尔马林；
2) 标本在中性缓冲福尔马林固定液中固定不足或者过渡固定；
3) 临床信息不全的标本；
4) 固定、切片、包埋或者保存期间任何造成组织质量改变的不正确组织；
5) DNA /RNA提取质量未达到测序的要求。

Exclusion criteria：

1) No neutral buffered formalin was used for tissue fixation;
2) Insufficient or transitional fixation of specimens in neutral buffered formalin fixative;
3) Specimens with incomplete clinical information;
4) Any incorrect tissue that causes changes in tissue quality during fixation, sectioning, embedding or preservation;
5) The quality of DNA/RNA extraction did not meet the requirements of sequencing.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

根据GCP和标准操作规程，项目参加者需参照原始记录对病例结果进行核对。研究中每个样本均有数据结果报告表。所有表格必须签署日期并由负责研究者或其授权研究人员署名。所以数据按照GCP原则记录存档
