研究目的:

研究恩经复?(NGF)在极早早产儿及极低出生体重儿中应用是否促进早产儿宫外脑发育,降低脑损伤发生,以及能否够改善脑功能,减少神经系统后遗症发生。并评价其在早产儿中应用的安全性。  

Objectives of Study:

To evaluate the founction of nerve growth factor to accelerate premature brain development outside palace, lowerthe risk of brain damage and neurological sequelae, improve brain function and the safety in premature or low birth weight infant.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1)目前正参加其他临床研究或在近一个月内参加过其他临床研究的患者;
2)正接受其他神经系统药物治疗的患者;
3)严重的肝肾疾病、血液系统疾病、自身免疫病、慢性严重感染、其它先天性疾病等;
4)研究者认为不宜入选的患者。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Patients who are currently attending other clinical trials or attended others clinical trials in a month;
2. Patients who are taking other nervous system drugs treatment;
3. Patients with serious liver and kidney disease,blood system diseases ,autoimmune diseases , chronic serious infection ,other congenital disease and so on;
4. Patients who are unsuitable for the trail,suggested by researchers.
