研究目的：

比较胃十二指肠三角吻合（DA）及自牵引后离断胃十二指肠三角吻合（Delta SPLT）的围手术期安全性差异；比较DA及Delta SPLT对术后近期生活质量评分的差异，以证明Delta SPLT的安全性及术后生活质量不劣于DA。

Objectives of Study：

To compare the peri-operative safety between delta-shaped gastroduodenostomy (DA) and self-pulling and latter transected delta-shaped gastroduodenostomy (Delta SPLT). To compare the short-term quality of life between DA and Delta SPLT, in order to prove Group Delta SPLT is non-inferior to Group DA in peri-operative safety and short-term quality of life.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1) 孕妇和哺乳期妇女；
2) 患有严重精神病；
3) 上腹部手术史（除外腹腔镜胆囊切除）；
4) 术前影像检查发现明显肿大或融合成团淋巴结（直径大于3cm）；
5) 过去5年内罹患其他恶性肿瘤史；
6) 已实施新辅助治疗；
7) 无指征行D2淋巴结清扫的胃窦病变；
8) 过去6月内罹患不稳定性心绞痛或心梗；
9) 过去6月内有脑梗塞或脑出血病史；
10) 过去1月内有持续全身皮质激素治疗史；
11) 需要进行其他疾病的同期手术治疗；
12) 急诊手术。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Pregnant or breast-feeding women
2) History of severe psychosis;
3) Previous epigastric intra-abdominal surgery (exclude laparoscopic cholecystectomy);
4) Bulky lymph nodes (>3cm) detected by preoperative examination;
5) History of other malignant tumor in the last 5 years;
6) History of neo-adjuvant chemotherapy or radiotherapy;
7) No indication for D2 lymphadenectomy;
8) History of unstable angina of myocardial infarction in the past 6 months;
9) History of cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage in the past 6 months;
10) History of continuous generalized adrenal cortex hormone treatment in the past 1 month;
11) Other simultaneous surgery;
12) Emergent surgery.
