研究目的：

用大数据和机器学习技术，建立围手术期人工智能风险预测系统，对需要急诊手术的脑血管病患者未来短期内可能会发生的心、肝、肾、电解质、凝血等脏器和功能危象进行风险预测，警示临床医生及相关辅助科室对高危患者提前进行相关处理。系统建成后，通过随机对照研究，判断人工智能围手术期风险预测对急诊脑血管病患者死亡率、重残率、住院天数、ICU住院天数、医疗费用、以及预后的关系。  

Objectives of Study：

With big data and machine learning technology, the establishment of perioperative risk prediction system of artificial intelligence, the need for emergency surgery of cerebrovascular disease in the short term may happen in the future of the heart, liver and kidney, electrolyte, blood coagulation function of viscera and crisis for risk prediction and warning of clinical doctors and related auxiliary departments to related the high-risk patients in advance.After the completion of the system, the relationship between perioperative risk prediction of ARTIFICIAL intelligence on mortality, severe disability rate, length of stay, length of stay in ICU, medical expenses, and prognosis of patients with acute cerebrovascular disease was evaluated through a randomized controlled study.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

妊娠期患者；
脑肿瘤卒中者；
无手术指征患者；
入院出现双瞳散大、无自主呼吸、血压不稳等症状、预计生命维持<72小时；明确有肝硬化、自身免疫性疾病（如类风湿性关节炎、系统性红斑狼疮、炎症性肠病等）或血液系统疾病（如血小板减少性紫癜、阵发性睡眠性血红蛋白尿等）病史者；
拒绝接受检查、化验、手术的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnant women;
2. Cerebral tumor apoplexy;
3. Patients without surgical indications;
4. The patient was admitted with dilated dilated pupil, no spontaneous breathing, unstable blood pressure and other symptoms, and expected life support < 72 hours. A definite history of liver cirrhosis, autoimmune diseases (such as rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, inflammatory bowel disease, etc.) or blood system diseases (such as thrombocytopenic purpura, paroxysmal haemoglobinuria, etc.);
5. Patients who refuse to undergo examinations, tests or operations.
