Objectives of Study：

To identify the cause,epidemiology,clinical outcome and prognostic factors of the nationwide inpatient AKI.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①维持性血液透析患者，
②慢性肾衰竭基础上发生急性肾损伤，
③器官移植患者，
④有精神性疾病或其他原因不能配合治疗者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. maintenance hemodialysis patients;
2. chronic renal failure based on the occurrence of acute kidney injury;
3. organ transplant patients;
4. patients with mental diseases or other causes that can't comply with the treatment.
