研究目的:

通过前瞻性的配对病例队列研究,对采用自体腘绳肌腱和人工韧带的ACL重建术后的患者进行体外冲击波联合运动疗法的干预。通过临床功能评估、核磁共振影像学、以及弹性超声定量测定等方法,多角度评价该方法对ACL重建术后患者的临床功能、移植物-骨愈合以及骨骼肌质量的影响,为体外冲击波联合运动疗法的对ACL重建术后患者早期康复的促进作用进行探索性的研究。  

Objectives of Study:

The aim of this study is to investigate whether extra-corporeal shock wave therapy together with sports therapy chould result positive effect on the tendon-graft healing after anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction using either auto hamstring graft or artificial ligament. The clincial ovservations include patient reported clincial function, magnetic resonsance imaging, and elastic ultrasound exam. Through a case control study with 2-year follow-up, the study aim to explore a new regimen for patients receiving ACL reconstruction.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1. 既往其他膝关节手术史的患者;
2. 伴随膝关节骨折的患者;
3. 已植入人工韧带受试者;
4. 韧带断裂需要再次手术修补的患者;
5. Out Bridge IV度软骨损伤受试者;
6. 伴随后交叉韧带损伤及内外侧副韧带损伤等其他韧带损伤;
7. 合并风湿、类风湿、痛风等膝关节滑膜炎受试者;
8. 化脓性、结核性或其他类型膝关节感染受试者;
9. 研究者认为不宜纳入的受试者;
10. 半年内参加另一项临床试验的受试者(包括药物临床试验)。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Receiving other knee operations previously;
2. knee fracture;
3. Have received Articifical ligament clinical trial;
4. revision of ligament injury;
5. Cartilage injury with Out Bridge IV;
6. Together with PCL injury or other ligament injury;
7. Together with RA or OA;
8. Knee infection;
9. Investigator's objection to include the patients;
10. Receiving other clinicial trial within 6 months (including medication clinical trial).
