Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.存在移植史；
2.爆发性肝衰竭患者；
3.HIV阳性；
4.目前存在严重的全身感染；
5.多器官移植。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Retransplantation;
2. Receipt with fulminant liver failure;
3. HIV positive;
4. With serious systemic infection;
5. Multiple organ transplantation.
