1.明确海藻酸钠对糖尿病前期人群高血糖的改善效果； 2.明确海藻酸钠对糖尿病前期人群总胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白的影响，及其与降血糖作用的关联。  

Objectives of Study：

1.To elucidate the effect of sodium alginate on the glycemic control of people with prediabetes. 2.To elucidate the effect of sodium alginate on total cholesterol and low density lipoprotein in people with prediabetes, and its relationship with glycemic control.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.患有心血管疾病、肝病、肾病或者恶性肿瘤；
2.六个月内服用膳食纤维补充剂；
3.妊娠或哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Suffering from cardiovascular disease, liver disease, kidney disease or malignant tumor;
2.Had dietary fiber supplements in the past six months;
3.Pregnant or lactating women.
