研究目的：

本项目将在本单位脊髓型颈椎病专病诊疗数量及质量的优势基础上，利用前期脊髓型颈椎病临床研究的基础，进一步完善脊髓型颈椎病的病例及患者外周血、椎间盘组织样本的收集，建立国人特色的脊髓型颈椎病生物样本数据库，并通过分析明确疾病的危险因素、易感基因和特征性组织学改变，构建脊髓型颈椎病生物大样本信息数据；利用通过临床随机对照研究探讨脊髓型颈椎病的手术时机选择，以及对术后疗效的影响；进一步明确脊髓型颈椎病影像学改变与手术指征的关联，并建立更完善的评估体系；通过本项目的实施，最终形成基于循证医学研究和业内专家广泛共识的脊髓型颈椎病精准诊疗方案，形成兼具精准、预防和治疗的脊髓型颈椎病的精准诊疗体系，促进疾病相关诊疗的发展。  

Objectives of Study：

This project will further improve the collection of cervical spondylotic myelopathy cases, peripheral blood and intervertebral disc tissue samples of patients, establish a biological sample database of cervical spondylotic myelopathy with Chinese characteristics, and identify the risk factors of the disease through analysis Objective: to construct biological information data of cervical spondylotic myelopathy by susceptible gene and characteristic histological changes; to explore the operation opportunity selection of cervical spondylotic myelopathy and its influence on postoperative curative effect through clinical randomized controlled study; to further clarify the correlation between imaging changes of cervical spondylotic myelopathy and surgical indications, and establish a more perfect evaluation system; through the implementation of this project Finally, an accurate diagnosis and treatment scheme for cervical spondylotic myelopathy based on evidence-based medicine research and wide consensus of industry experts will be formed, and a precise diagnosis and treatment system of cervical spondylotic myelopathy with precision, prevention and treatment will be formed, so as to promote the development of disease-related diagnosis and treatment.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①哺乳妊娠或正准备妊娠的妇女；
②合并肝、肾、造血系统、内分泌系统等严重原发性疾病及精神病患者；
③精神或法律上的残疾者；
④怀疑有酒精、药物滥用病史，或根据判断，具有降低入组可能性或使入；
⑤正在参加其他药物临床研究的受试者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. A woman who is breast-feeding or is preparing for pregnancy;
2. Patients with severe primary diseases such as liver, kidney, hematopoietic system, endocrine system and psychosis;
3. Mentally or legally disabled persons;
4. Suspected history of alcohol and drug abuse, or according to judgment, have the possibility of reducing the possibility of enrollment;
5. Subjects who are participating in clinical studies of other drugs.
