研究目的：

本研究拟对单纯下颌发育不足的骨性Ⅱ类错牙合畸形患者术后进行口腔颌面部肌功能训练，增强其颌面部肌肉对术后颌骨关系的适应性，从而降低复发风险，提高正颌正畸术后长期稳定性。

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study is to apply myofunctional therapy for patients who are diagnosed with skeletal Class II malocclusion with only mandibular underdevelopment and undertake orthognathic surgery. In order for the maxillofacial muscles to enhance the adaptability of the postoperative jaw relationship, thereby reducing the risk of recurrence. Improve long-term stability after orthognathic surgery.
