研究目的:

本研究旨在构建基于二维超声、弹性超声和超声造影的多模态特征融合的智能前列腺诊断预测模型,明确该模型能否精准、便捷、客观地靶向引导前列腺穿刺活检,提高前列腺癌的检出率,并最大程度的减少穿刺针数,减少患者的痛苦,避免过度治疗和医疗资源的浪费。  

Objectives of Study:

The aim of this study was to construct an intelligent prostate diagnosis prediction model based on multimodal feature fusion of two-dimensional ultrasound, elastic ultrasound and contrast-enhanced ultrasound, finger out whether the model can be accurately, conveniently and objectively targeted to guide prostate biopsy, improve the detection rate of prostate cancer, and minimize the number of puncture needles, reduce the pain of patients and avoid overtreatment and waste of medical resources.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1)既往有前列腺手术史;
2)曾接受前列腺疾病相关治疗;
3)不耐受穿刺活检的患者;
4)临床或病理资料不完整。

Exclusion criteria:

1) Patients who had a history of prostate surgery;
2) Patients who has received prostate disease-related treatment;
3) Patients who was intolerance to biopsy;
4) Patients with incomplete clinical or pathological data.
