研究目的:

通过探索最佳经颅直流电刺激参数和最佳智能康复机器人手套训练强度,比较经颅直流电刺激联合智能康复机器人手套训练与单独技术使用对卒中后手功能障碍的治疗效果,探索新的手功能障碍康复治疗和疗效评估方案,并研究其康复机制,为临床提供新理论、新策略,新手段。  

Objectives of Study:

By exploring the best transcranial direct current stimulation parameters and the best intelligent rehabilitation robot glove training intensity, to compare the therapeutic effect of transcranial direct current stimulation combined with intelligent rehabilitation robot glove training and single technology on hand dysfunction after stroke. To explore a new rehabilitation treatment and efficacy evaluation program for hand dysfunction, and study its rehabilitation mechanism, providing new theories, new strategies and new means for clinical practice.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1)患有进展性卒中、恶性进行性高血压等;
2)有癫痫病史、使用致痫药物;
3)CT或MRI显示仅局限于额颞叶梗死患者;
4)心、 肺、肝、肾等重要脏器功能严重减退或衰竭;
5)有严重认知及交流障碍而不能配合治疗;
6)戴有起搏器、颅内植入金属或有颅骨缺损、脑肿瘤等。

Exclusion criteria:

1) with progressive stroke, malignant progressive hypertension, etc;
2) with a history of epilepsy, the use of epileptogenic drugs;
3) CT or MRI showed only limited to patients with frontotemporal infarction;
4) heart, lung, liver, kidney and other important organ function seriously decline or failure;
5) with severe cognitive and communication disorders and can not cooperate with the treatment;
6) wearing pacemakers, intracranial metal or skull defects, brain tumors, etc.

指定一人专门进行入组和分组工作,采用抽签法进行随机分组,将90例病人依次编为1、2、3…90,并准备好90个信封,依次放入数字卡1-90,信封充分混匀后,先抽取30个信封,将对应数字编号的患者设为第1组,再抽取30个信封,对应数字的患者设为第2组,余下30个患者设为第3组。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method):

A person is designated to perform the randomization and grouping. The 90 patients are numbered as follows:1,2,3,...90.90 envelopes are prepared, and place them in digital cards 1-90 in turn. After the envelopes are fully mixed, 30 envelopes are first extracted. And group 1 is set with corresponding number.

数据采集和管理(说明:数据采集和管理由两部分组成,一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF),二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC),如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC:

本研究的数据类型主要通过CRF表进行收集,必须及时、准确地填写CRF;对于任何缺失/异常数据予以解释。本研究中涉及的实验室检查结果将出具具体检查报告,并记录于CRF表中。此外,将建立瑞云公共数据库专门用于保存CRF中的原始数据,所有研究人员仅有一个账户号,且有密码保护;未经研究主要负责人同意,不得将该账户密码分享给与本研究无关的其他人员。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture:

The data type for this study is primarily collected via CRF forms, which must be completed in a timely and accurate manner; any missing/abnormal data will be explained. Laboratory test results involved in this study will be provided with specific test reports and recorded in CRF. In addition, a public database of Ruiyun will be established specifically for storing the original data in the CRF. All the study personnel have only one account number and have password protection; without the consent of the principal investigator, the password of this account should not be shared with other personnel irrelevant to this study.
