研究目的：

本本项目针对儿童青少年近视防控和成年人近视手术的安全性、有效性两个关键问题，拟建立多中心临床研究数据队列，利用人工智能开展两方面研究。第一部分以儿童青少年屈光发育档案为基础，制成操作简易，集近视筛查、早期诊断及矫治为一体的人工智能系统并推广应用；第二部分针对已近视的成年人探索优化的全飞秒手术和有晶体眼人工晶体植入矫正近视的参数设计新方法，提高患者术后视觉质量和满意度，为我国的近视手术矫正提供规范。  

Objectives of Study：

The project focuses on two main problems in the myopia field. One is the myopia prevention and control in children and adolescents, the other is the safety and efficacy of myopia correction in adults. The project plans to setup multi-center clinical research database, and artificial intelligence will be used in the study. In the first part, based on the archives of children and adolescenta refractive development, we hope to develop an artificial intelligence system, which can be used in myopia screening, early diagnosis and treatment, and is easily to practice. In the second part, we hope to optimize the parameter design in femtosecond surgery and ICL implantation for myopia correction in adults, so as to improve the postoperative visual quality and satisfaction of the patients, and to provide a standard for myopia surgery correction in China.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、双眼球镜度数均≥+0.05DS；
2、患有眼部遗传性疾病或其他导致屈光不正的眼病；
3、患有影响眼部健康的系统性疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. With both eyes had spherical diopter >= + 0.05DS;
2. Patients with hereditary eye diseases or other ocular diseases leading to ametropia;
3. Patients with systemic diseases affecting ocular health.
