研究目的：

1. 主要目的：判断冷冻治疗对晚期胃癌患者的安全性。 2. 次要目的：判断冷冻治疗对晚期胃癌患者的有效率。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Primary objective: to evaluate the safety of cryoballoon endoscopic therapy in patients with advanced gastric cancer. 2. Secondary objective: to evaluate the effectiveness of cryoballoon endoscopic therapy in patients with advanced gastric cancer.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 怀孕或哺乳期妇女，或半年内有妊娠计划的妇女；
2. 传染性疾病(如HIV、RPR、活动性结核等)；
3. 活跃的乙肝或丙肝感染患者；
4. 合并其他原发恶性肿瘤；
5. 在1月内参加过临床试验的患者；
6. 近一周内服用抗血小板或抗凝药物患者；
7. 医生认为还存在有其他原因不能纳入治疗者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnant or lactating women or women with pregnancy plan within half a year;
2. Infectious disease (e.g., HIV, RPR, active tuberculosis);
3. Active hepatitis B or hepatitis C;
4. Combined with other primary malignant tumors;
5. Having participated in other clinical trials within 1 month;
6. Intake of antiplatelet or anticoagulant drug within one week;
7. Presence of other reasons for inability to be enrolled, as considered by doctors.
