研究目的：

探讨幼儿及儿童体外循环下先天性心脏矫治术术中和术后肾氧饱和度（renal oxygen saturation，rSO2）与术后急性肾损伤（acute kidney injury, AKI）的关系，探索肾脏灌注与氧供需平衡的实时监测手段，为临床应用提供参考。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the relationship between renal oxygen saturation (rSO2) and post-operative acute kidney injury (AKI) in children with cardiac surgery under cardiopulmonary bypass. The real-time monitoring means of renal perfusion and oxygen supply and demand balance are explored, so as to provide reference for clinical practice.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）急诊手术
（2）早产儿
（3）术前肾脏超声检查异常
（4）术前肾功能不全
（5）基因或染色体异常
（6）存在其他器官畸形或功能异常
（7）正在参与其他临床试验
（8）存在其他不能完成本研究的情况

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Emergency surgery;
(2) Premature babies;
(3) Preoperative renal ultrasound examination is abnormal;
(4) Preoperative renal laboratory examination is abnormal;
(5) Genetic or chromosomal abnormalities;
(6) There are other organ malformations or functional abnormalities;
(7) Participating in other clinical trials;
(8) There are other circumstances in which this study cannot be completed.
