研究目的：

（1）探讨高精度tDCS阴极刺激右侧DLPFC治疗GAD的疗效,评估tDCS与药物治疗可能产生的协同效应； （2）结合TMS-EEG技术明确tDCS治疗GAD的最佳刺激范式。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To investigate the efficacy of high precision tDCS cathode stimulation of right DLPFC in treatment of GAD, and to evaluate the possible synergistic effect of tDCS and drug therapy; 2. The optimal stimulation paradigm for TREATING GAD with tDCS was determined by tMS-EEG technique.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①神经系统类疾病；
②重大躯体疾病或严重的感染性疾病；
③酒精等物质滥用或依赖；
④符合 DSM-5 除GAD以外的其他诊断(M.I.N.I 评估筛查);
⑤重大的生活变故；
⑥既往曾接受MECT、rTMS、tDCS 治疗;
⑦妊娠或哺乳期;
⑧安装颅内支架、心脏起搏器、冠脉支架、人工耳蜗等人体植入性材料;
⑨存在严重消极风险或冲动风险。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Diseases of the nervous system;
2. Major physical disease or serious infectious disease;
3. Substance abuse or dependence such as alcohol;
4. In line with DSM-5 diagnosis other than GAD (M.I.N.I. assessment screening);
5. Major life changes;
6. Had previously received MECT, rTMS, tDCS treatment;
7. Pregnancy or lactation;
8. Install intracranial scaffolds, pacemakers, coronary scaffolds, cochlear implants and other human implant materials;
9. Heavy negative risk or impulsive risk.

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

本研究采用简单随机化的方法，将病例组被试随机分入真刺激组和伪刺激组。具体方法为:将 60 例GAD患者按照入组顺序编为 01-60 号，由统计人员使用Excel 软件在 1 或 2 之间生成 60 个随机数，1为真刺激组，2为伪刺激组，依此进行分组。随机分组方案由不透明信封保存，按入组顺序依次拆开信封， 按照信封内的分配方案确定病例组被试的分组情况。
