研究目的:

针对目前临床上鼻前庭区域狭窄术后的支撑扩张无法获得鼻前庭外形和功能上有效恢复的问题,研究通过计算机辅助设计和3D打印技术,为每位患者设计并制作符合其自身鼻前庭形态结构特征的鼻前庭支撑器,并用于术后鼻前庭的支撑扩张;采用试验组和对照组的分组对照法,通过分析主要指标(狭窄侧鼻前庭最小截面积/健侧鼻瓣区截面积的比值)和次要指标(鼻塞和前鼻孔外形的主观VAS评分、客观前鼻孔形态参数和鼻前庭形态参数、鼻腔气流调节功能参数)的差异性,从鼻前庭形态和功能有效恢复的角度来综合评价个性化3D打印鼻前庭支撑器用于鼻前庭狭窄术后扩张的优越性,并最终完成临床研究成果的转化,达到临床推广应用的目的,造福于广大患者。  

Objectives of Study:

In our study,we made nasal vestibular support accordance with its own shape and structure characteristics for each patient by computer design and 3D printing technology. Analyze the main indicators and secondary indicators in differences between the experimental group and the control group, and show the advantages of personalized 3D printed vestibular support used to treat nasal vestibular stenosis. It achieve the purpose of clinical research achievements and clinical application, and benefit more patients.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1. 双侧鼻前庭区狭窄的患者;
2. 先天性外鼻畸形伴有严重鼻翼不对称的患者;
3. 近期有鼻腔鼻窦急性炎症性疾病患者;鼻息肉、鼻腔占位性病变的患者;
4. 患有精神性疾病并处于不稳定期的患者;
5. 有严重心脑血管疾病、糖尿病控制不佳的患者。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Bilateral nasal vestibular stenosis patients;
2. Patients with congenital nasal deformity accompanied by severe asymmetry of nose;
3. Patients with acute inflammatory nasal disease;
4. Patients with nasal polyps or tumor;Patients with unstable mental illness;
5. Patients with serious poorly controlled cardiovascular disease and/or diabetes.
