研究目的：

本研究中对GDM高危人群进行随机分组，并进行运动干预和营养干预，研究运动和营养干预对GDM发病的保护作用。  

Objectives of Study：

Pregnant women with high risk of GDM were randomly divided into two groups, and exercise intervention and nutrition intervention were carried out to study the protective effect of exercise and nutrition intervention on GDM.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、怀孕前诊断出糖尿病（HbA1c> 6.5％;空腹血糖>7.1 mmol / L;随机血糖> 11.1 mmol / L;）；
2、多胎妊娠；
3、孕前或孕期出现明显病理性肝、肾功能不全及其他可能影响产科结局的慢性疾病；
4、孕前或孕期可显著影响血糖的皮质醇升高、生长激素瘤、临床甲状腺功能亢进或临床甲状腺功能减退、胰岛细胞瘤等疾病；
5、诊断为抑郁或双相情感障碍等重大精神疾病
6、同时参与任何可能影响此调查参与的其他研究试验
7、无法定期随访或无法完成问卷调查的孕妇。
8、具有ACOG孕期运动指南指出的绝对运动禁忌症

Exclusion criteria：

1. Diabetes mellitus was diagnosed before pregnancy;
2. Multiple pregnancy;
3. Pathological liver and renal insufficiency and other chronic diseases that may affect obstetric outcome occurred before or during pregnancy;
4. Before or during pregnancy, cortisol increase, growth hormone tumor, clinical hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism, islet cell tumor and other diseases can significantly affect blood glucose;
5. They were diagnosed as major mental illness such as depression or bipolar disorder;
6. At the same time, participate in any other research trials that may affect the participation of this survey;
7. Pregnant women who could not be followed up regularly or could not complete the questionnaire survey;
8. There are absolute contraindications for exercise as indicated in ACOG guidelines for pregnancy.
