通过前瞻性研究分析脑FDG PET/CT分子影像技术在临床疑诊AE患儿临床早期诊断及指导治疗、评估预后的价值。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the clinical value of FDG PET/CT brain imaging in early diagnosis, treatment guiding, prognosis assessing of pediatric autoimmune encephalitis by a prospective study.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

① 有明确脑外伤或其他神经系统疾病者；
② 进行过相关免疫治疗或影响脑功能的治疗；
③ 不能配合完成PET/CT检查者；
④ 幽闭恐惧症患者；
⑤ 药物成瘾者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with definite brain injury or other neurological diseases;
(2) Has had the related immunotherapy or the treatment might influence brain function;
(3) Fail to cooperate with the completion of PET/CT examination;
(4) The claustrophobic;
(5) Drug addicts.
