研究目的：

拟通过机器学习的方法，针对近视患者，通过眼底照相预测屈光不正，以提高门诊、校园近视筛查的效率和准确性。

Objectives of Study：

The machine learning method was used to predict ametropia by fundus photography.To improve the efficiency and accuracy of myopia screening in clinic and campus.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

① 存在眼部感染；
② 在过去半年内或正在服用抗精神病和抗抑郁病药物的患者；
③ 曾行内眼手术者；
④ 曾患过严重的角膜病者；
⑤ 在临床研究期间处于怀孕或哺乳期或准备怀孕的女性；
⑥ 根据研究者判断，无法理解或配合此研究程序者；
⑦ 在此研究开展前30天内参与其它的临床试验；
⑧ 独眼患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) There are eye infections;
2) Patients who have been taking antipsychotic and antidepressant drugs in the past six months or taking antipsychotic and antidepressant drugs in the past six months;
3) Patients who have undergone intraocular surgery;
4) Patients who have suffered from serious corneal diseases;
5) Women who are pregnant or lactating or are ready to become pregnant during the clinical study period;
6) Those who are unable to understand or cooperate with this research procedure according to the judgment of the research.
