研究目的：

针对腰椎疾病的患者，基于生物力学原理、中医人工推拿手法以及腰椎牵引理论研究，将中医传统推拿中的各种手法，如屈背伸牵引、旋转复位、定点复位等转化为设备动作实现，研发一种新型智能腰椎多维牵引治疗装置。在牵引过程中，各项参数可单独使用，并具有组合功能，能克服单一动作之不足，完成临床医生用手法难以实现的组合治疗动作。针对上述研发的设备，以腰椎间盘突出症患者作为研究对象，开展临床应用研究，客观评价研制设备的安全性和有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

For patients with lumbar diseases, a new intelligent multi-dimensional lumbar traction treatment device is developed by transforming various manipulations in traditional Chinese massage, such as flexor dorsiflexor extension traction, rotary reduction, fixed-point reduction, etc., into equipment action based on the biomechanical principle, traditional Chinese massage technique and lumbar traction theory research. In the traction process, each parameter can be used alone and has the combined function, which can overcome the deficiency of single movement and complete the combined treatment movement which is difficult to be realized by the clinician by means of manipulation. For the equipment developed above, the patients with lumbar disc herniation were taken as research objects to carry out clinical application research and objectively evaluate the safety and effectiveness of the developed equipment.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）肿瘤、结核、脊柱骨髓炎、脊柱骨折、马尾综合征、强直性脊柱炎患者；
（2）合并严重的心脑血管、肝、肾等严重危及生命的原发性疾病以及精神病患者；
（3）妊娠和哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with tumors, tuberculosis, spinal osteomyelitis, spinal fractures, cauda equina syndrome, ankylosing spondylitis;
(2) Patients with severe cardio-cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and other serious life-threatening primary diseases and mental diseases;
(3) Pregnant and lactating women.
