研究目的：

脑电图（Electroencephalography，EEG）具有无创、便捷及高度时间分辨率的优点，已广泛运用于精神疾病的临床与电生理机制研究中。脑电图检查是通过脑电图仪将脑的自发生物电放大后显现或记录下来的一种脑功能检查方法，时间分辨率高但是空间分辨率不高。本研究利用脑电图将更利于探索精神疾病潜在的脑结构与功能缺陷，找到精神分裂症、双相情感障碍、抑郁症共同或者独特的电生理学表型。本研究的目的是通过精神分裂症和情感谱系障碍跨疾病EEG表型分析，探索不同精神疾病共有的共性以及特有的特性。  

Objectives of Study：

Electroencephalography (EEG) has the advantages of non-invasive, convenient and high time resolution, and has been widely used in the study of clinical and electrophysiological mechanisms of mental illness. EEG examination is a brain function examination method in which the spontaneous objects of the brain are amplified or recorded by an EEG device. The time resolution is high but the spatial resolution is not high. The use of EEG in this study will be more conducive to exploring the potential brain structure and functional defects of mental diseases, and to find the common or unique electrophysiological phenotypes of schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and depression. The purpose of this study is to explore the common and unique characteristics shared by different mental diseases through the cross-disorder EEG phenotype analysis of schizophrenia and affective spectrum disorders.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

健康对照：
1.疾病史：患有DSM-Ⅳ轴Ⅰ、轴Ⅱ诊断的精神障碍或人格障碍者；严重躯体疾病、脑器质性疾病、神经系统疾病者；
2.药物治疗史：曾服用过抗精神病药、抗抑郁药、情绪稳定剂；MRI检查前一个月使用过苯二氮卓类或其他影响中枢神经系统的药物者；
3.家族史：二系三代精神疾病家族史阳性者；
4.体内有金属物件（如金属假牙、心脏起搏器等）影响MRI检查者，患有色盲、色弱、耳聋、口吃等影响神经认知测试的检查者；
5.1年内处于孕产期。

Exclusion criteria：

Health control:
1. Disease history: persons with mental or personality disorders diagnosed on DSM-IV axis I and axis II; patients with severe physical diseases, brain diseases, and neurological diseases;
2. Medical treatment history: people who have taken antipsychotics, antidepressants, mood stabilizers; benzodiazepines or other drugs that affect the central nervous system one month before the MRI examination;
3. Family history: those with a positive family history of mental illness in the second line and the third generation;
4. There are metal objects in the body (such as metal dentures, cardiac pacemakers, etc.) that affect MRI examinations, and those with color blindness, color weakness, deafness, and stuttering that affect neurocognitive tests.
5. During pregnancy and childbirth within 1 years.
