建立婴幼儿肛瘘多学科诊疗团队，通过规范化临床研究，形成精准诊疗方案，在全国范围内发挥辐射带动和示范引领作用，提高婴幼儿肛瘘诊治服务可及性，诊治水平达到国内一流，国际先进水平。  

Objectives of Study：

A multidisciplinary diagnosis and treatment team for infant anal fistula has been established to form a precise diagnosis and treatment through standardized clinical research.The research results will be applied in Shanghai and the whole country.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

A.患有先天肛门畸形、直肠畸形、白血病、化脓性汗腺炎、蜂窝组织炎等严重基础疾病的婴幼儿患者
B.正在参加其它临床研究而服用药物的婴幼儿患者
C.无法配合进行检查、治疗用药及随访观察的婴幼儿患者

Exclusion criteria：

A. Patients with congenital anal malformation, rectal malformation, leukemia, suppurative sweat adenitis, cellulitis and other serious basic diseases.
B. Who are taking medications while participating in other clinical studies.
C. Who are unable to cooperate with the examination, medication and follow-up observation.
