研究目的：

研究和分析疑难肿瘤的分子特征，建立包括病理形态学、免疫组化和分子病理的整合型病理诊断体系，解决疑难病例的病理诊断，确定原发灶不明肿瘤组织起源，建立乳腺癌和大肠癌等一些遗传性肿瘤基因数据库，为临床治疗提供重要参考。  

Objectives of Study：

Complicated tumor molecular characteristics of the research and analysis, including pathological morphology and immunohistochemical and molecular pathology pathological diagnosis of integrated system, solving the pathological diagnosis of the cases, to determine the primary focal unknown origin of tumor tissue, establish some inherited tumors, such as breast cancer and colorectal cancer gene database, provide important reference for clinical treatment.
