研究目的:

1、明确在脑卒中后患者再次手术中采用不同浓度氧吸入(40%,60%,80%,100%)术中经颅多普勒监测脑血流情况;以及测定脑氧饱和度; 2、明确在脑卒中后患者再次手术中采用不同浓度氧吸入40%,60%,80%,100%)围术期发生再次脑缺血的发作,确定最佳吸入氧浓度以减少围术期脑缺血的发生。  

Objectives of Study:

1. We will make it clear that different concentrations of oxygen inhalation (40%, 60%, 80%, 100%) are used to monitor cerebral blood flow by intraoperative transcranial Doppler; and to determine cerebral oxygen saturation; 2. Make it clear that different concentrations of oxygen inhalation (40%, 60%, 80%, 100%) will occur during the reoperation after stroke in patients with recurrent cerebral ischemia during the perioperative period, and the optimal inhaled oxygen concentration will be determined to reduce the perioperative period. The occurrence of cerebral ischemia.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1、有慢性呼吸系统疾病;
2、急慢性心功能不全;
3、不吸氧SPO2<95%;
4、神经系统疾病,神经功能障碍;
5、药物滥用;
6、孕妇;
7、血液病及血色素低于10g/L;
8、BMI<20或>35 kg/m2。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Chronic respiratory diseases;
2. Acute and chronic cardiac insufficiency;
3. Non-oxygen SPO2<95%;
4. Nervous system diseases, neurological dysfunction;
5. Drug abuse;
6. Pregnant women;
7. Hematological diseases and Hemoglobin is less than 10g/L;
8. BMI<20 or >35 kg/m2.
