研究目的：

（1）通过对无痛精查胃镜患者检查术前2h口服碳水化合物的临床观察，明确无痛精查患者术前2小时口服碳水化合物的安全性和有效性； （2）了解我院无痛精查胃镜现状，掌握我院无痛精查胃镜需要改进的环节，为精查胃镜术前补液提供理论依据,以期将麻醉镇静技术ERAS安全的理念更好的应用到精查胃镜中。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) The safety and efficacy of oral carbohydrates 2 hours before the operation of painless fine examination of gastroscopy in patients were determined through clinical observation of oral carbohydrates 2 hours before the operation of painless fine examination; (2) To understand the current situation of painless fine examination gastroscopy in our hospital, and to grasp the links that need to be improved, so as to provide theoretical basis for preoperative fluid replacement in fine examination gastroscopy, and to better apply the concept of ERAS safety from anesthesia sedation technology to fine examination gastroscopy.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、不同意加入该课题研究、依从性差、无法配合随访的患者；
2、ASA分级＞Ⅱ级；
3、由于各种原因沟通不畅的患者；
4、中重度心肺功能不全的患者；
5、糖尿病患者；
6、食道、胃肠道梗阻或胃排空障碍；
7、有极高的反流和误吸风险患者：贲门失驰症、胃食管反流等；
8、严重营养不良或严重贫血者（白蛋白＜35g/L,血红蛋白＜80g/L）；
9、无痛精查胃镜检查绝对禁忌症及其他严重麻醉风险者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who do not agree to join the study, have poor compliance and cannot cooperate with follow-up;
2. ASA classification >II level;
3. Patients with poor communication due to various reasons;
4. Patients with moderate to severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency;
5. Diabetic patients;
6. Obstruction of esophagus, gastrointestinal tract or gastric emptying;
7. Patients with high risk of reflux and aspiration cardia, gastroesophageal reflux, etc.;
8. Severe malnutrition or severe anemia (albumin < 35g/L, hemoglobin <80g/L);
9. painless fine examination gastroscopy absolute contraindications and other serious risks of anesthesia.
