研究目的：

主要目的：通过评估术后并发症（钛板感染、排异）及种植体脱落情况，评价功能性下颌骨重建术的安全性。次要目的：通过评估手术时间、出血量，住院时间以及术后骨愈合情况，评估功能性下颌骨重建术的有效性。

Objectives of Study：

Main objective: To evaluate the safety of functional mandibular reconstruction by evaluating postoperative complications (infection/rejection titanium plate) and implant shedding. Secondary objective: To evaluate the effectiveness of functional mandibular reconstruction by evaluating the duration of surgery, blood loss volume, length of hospital stay, and postoperative bone healing.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.五年内伴发其他恶性肿瘤或原肿瘤复发；
2.有严重药物过敏史；
3.妊娠、哺乳期或有神经障碍患者；
4.已参加其他临床试验患者；
5.术前已行放疗、化疗及靶向药物等抗肿瘤治疗的患者；
6.张口度<3.5cm；
7.伴有全身麻醉手术禁忌症（如药物难以控制的高血压、糖尿病等）；
8.先天性免疫缺陷或器官移植患者；
9.患有HBV 、HCV、HIV、TRUST等相关疾病患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Complicated with other malignant tumor or recurrence of or primary tumor within 5 years; 2. History of severe drug allergy; 3. Patients with pregnancy, lactation or neurological disorders; 4. Patients who have participated in other clinical trials; 5. Patients who have received radiotherapy, chemotherapy and targeted drugs and other anti-tumor treatments before surgery; 6. Mouth opening < 3.5cm; 7. Contraindications associated with general anesthesia surgery (such as hypertension, diabetes etc, which are difficult to control with drugs); 8. Patients with congenital immune deficiency or organ transplantation; 9. Patients with diseases related to HBV, HCV, HIV, TRUST, etc..
